Despite the normal problems that are associated with property management and rentals, the staff at Shaw Properties maintains and excellent and professional working relationship with property owners, tenants and local city agencies. Shaw Properties prepares and sends monthly statements that are easy to read and understand which facilitates bookkeeping for owners. They have an experience maintenance crew that performs upgrades, repairs and general up keep of the property at a reasonable cost. When necessary Shaw Properties hires and supervises outside consultants, contractors and architects who skillful at their respective trades. I am confident my properties are in good hands under the management of Shaw Properties and their staff.
